Incredible beach, spacious room, with the room being huge and very clean along with staff being friendly throughout our stay, we also enjoyed the infinity pool and took advantage of the convenient beach access.

While the buffet can be a chaotic scene with young children running around, the limited vegan options are particularly disappointing!!! Also, improvements needed for both the a la carte restaurant menus and the insufficient signage for golf holes!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! The adult-only pool was perfect for relaxation after exploring beautiful coral reefs and enjoying the fire shows at Robinson Crusoe Island. The staff were friendly, the dining options were varied, and the signature Kids Club is a great choice for families.

One downside was that the check-in and check-out process took way too long, making it a hassle to get settled in or leave. It felt inefficient and left us waiting.

The warm welcome with Bula smiles set a wonderful tone upon arrival. The pool view room was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Dining options were top-notch, particularly the healthy salads that added freshness to our meals. The overall hospitality was truly commendable, making this a memorable getaway.

i had a fantastic stay at intercontinental. the adults only restaurant being part of the free breakfast deal was a nice touch. i loved the beautiful gardens and the stunning sunsets over the ocean. the staff were so friendly, especially during breakfast, and the nightly fire dancing was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay with an amazing beachfront view room and the best sunset walks just steps away from our door. The spa was so relaxing with the body scrubs and foot massages, making it easy to unwind. Just a heads up, the room's back door access to the beach was a bit tricky since it didn’t lock, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all! 🌅

While the location is stunning, it's a solid hour from the airport, so if you’re craving a late-night burger or a quick meal off-resort, you’re out of luck. The dining prices can feel a bit steep, especially if you're looking for variety. The food options don't cater well to gluten-free diets, limiting choices significantly. Temperatures in the rooms can also leave something to be desired, as the air conditioning may not cool enough for that tropical heat. The pool area could use more charm, like music or activities, to liven it up a bit.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the kids club activities at Planet Trekkers while the little one was cared for. The staff's energy was contagious and made every part of our stay special. Our room with a pool view was a lovely retreat after our fun days. We especially loved the fire show in the evenings!

In my wife’s opinion, kids club should be free to accommodate families better.

I was utterly disappointed with my experience at this resort. The adult-only pool, which I expected to be a retreat, was marred by disruptive children. Not only that but the food and drink prices were outrageous, and the quality simply did not match the cost. I was looking for a luxury experience, but instead, I found myself frustrated and wishing I had chosen another place.

I truly enjoyed the lush gardens and easy access to all areas. The layout of the resort made it simple to navigate, with beautiful paths and seating areas that were very inviting and easy for seniors to walk around.

Room service options could be improved for consistency.
